If RJNI does not work for your project, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full, no questions asked, provided the license has not been used to ship a protected build to production or to end users. This matches the 14-day statutory withdrawal period UK consumer law gives you for most digital purchases. We are not offering less than the law already requires for UK-based customers, and we extend the same window to everyone regardless of where you are buying from.
Refunds after the 14-day window are considered case by case. Email us and explain what happened. Renewal charges are not automatically refundable once the new license term has started, but we will work with you if something went wrong on our end: a billing error, a duplicate charge, or similar.
Email [email protected] with your order or license reference. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically post within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Once a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated. Any devices activated under it will fail validation at their next check-in.
